My Services
My work supports leaders and organisations to slow down, think well together, and work with greater clarity and confidence in complex and changing environments.
It spans one-to-one coaching, group programmes, and team-based conversations, alongside work that supports the design and development of more effective ways of working within organisations.
Across all of this work, I pay close attention to relationships, culture, and difference, creating environments where people can reflect, learn from one another, and develop ways of working together that are both effective and sustainable over time.
You can explore the different ways I work here.
-
I work one-to-one with leaders who are navigating change, complexity, or increased responsibility, with particular experience supporting women in leadership. Through coaching and mentoring, I offer a space that combines careful listening with challenge — supporting leaders to clarify what is happening, test their thinking, and move forward with confidence and intent.
Drawing on senior leadership experience, coaching practice, and work across diverse organisational contexts, I adapt my approach to meet leaders where they are — supporting them to lead in ways that are sustainable, and true to their values.
-
I work with leadership teams to strengthen how they work together in complex, changing environments. This includes creating the conditions for trust, clarity, and shared responsibility, particularly where teams are navigating growth, change, or increased pressure.
Alongside facilitated conversations and team coaching, I support teams to step back and examine how they are currently operating - helping them identify patterns, address misalignment, and develop more effective ways of working together. This work supports teams to improve communication, work well across difference, and build leadership cultures that are inclusive and resilient.
It often also connects with wider organisational questions about how leadership, roles, and collaboration are structured in practice.
-
I design and facilitate group coaching and leadership programmes that bring people together in thoughtful, open conversation about their leadership and working lives. These groups offer a rare opportunity to step out of day-to-day busyness, slow the pace of conversation, and learn from one another’s experience.
I pay close attention to how people relate, what is spoken — and what remains unsaid — creating environments where participants feel safe to be honest, curious, and challenged. The aim is not quick answers, but clearer perspective, renewed confidence, and insights that participants can carry with them into their leadership roles.
These programmes often sit alongside wider organisational work, helping translate reflection into everyday leadership practice.

I work in educational and research settings, as well as with organisations with strong learning and knowledge-based environments, to support individuals and groups to build confidence, perspective, and openness in a diverse and interconnected world. Through coaching-informed and culturally intelligent approaches, I create space for reflection, dialogue, and learning that goes beyond subject knowledge alone.
This work invites curiosity rather than judgement, encouraging individuals and groups to engage thoughtfully with difference, broaden how they see themselves and others, and develop ways of thinking and relating that are increasingly important for work, collaboration and leadership.
This work also informs how organisations think about learning, culture, and collaboration more broadly.
