About Me.

I am a senior leader, coach, and facilitator with extensive experience working in complex organisational environments. Over the past 20 years, I have held leadership roles within higher education, where I have worked at scale across education, people development, and organisational change.

My work is shaped by a deep understanding of responsibility, pressure, and the realities of senior roles — particularly for women navigating leadership alongside other commitments. I am known for bringing clarity to complex situations, combining thoughtful reflection with a strong focus on action, and supporting people to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness are central to how I work. I am attentive to difference — whether cultural, professional, or personal — and create spaces where people feel able to think openly, challenge assumptions, and engage honestly with what matters. I bring warmth and humour into my practice, alongside rigour, structure, and clear intent.

Alongside my leadership background, I am an accredited coach and certified cultural intelligence facilitator. I work in English and Danish and coach and facilitate across individual, group, and organisational settings.

What I pay attention to

I draw on leadership experience, coaching practice, cultural intelligence, and learning communities. I am interested in how people think, relate, and lead across difference — particularly in contexts of change, uncertainty, and shared responsibility.
